Wastefile UK are registered under the Control of Pollution (amendment) act 1989, registration number: BUS/722000/CB/1 as an authorised carrier and broker of waste materials.

Assurance of compliance

We provide an assurance of compliance to allow our clients to discharge their obligations under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and subsequent regulations. All service providers used by Wastefile UK are subject to our comprehensive appraisal and compliance audit.
