Wastefile UK have a policy of investing heavily into the development of leading-edge IT systems to support our range of services.  Our unique technologies allow us to manage and monitor the handling of your waste as it happens, and provide full auditing capabilities.

We offer a comprehensive range of graphical and statistical reports, which we can customise and deliver to your requirements. We can even integrate information from your own IT systems into our own, for example, highlighting efficiency per unit of production.
Our reports provide an invaluable source of information for clients seeking ISO 14001
certification for their Management Systems, or access to the FTSE4 Good Index.

Our GTOS document management system covers the receipt and processing of all Waste Transfer Notes, Consignment Notes & Weighbridge Tickets received by the company on a daily basis generally referred to as proofs of delivery.

Management reporting

Utilising Wastefile UK's unique waste management software with its advanced tracking and auditing capabilities we are able to produce almost any type of report, whether weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. Projects and waste movements can be tracked in real time and complete audit trails are available to assist in environmental conformity or to highlight overspending.

At the moment monthly management reports are available free of charge to clients entering into a waste management contract or at a nominal fee on an ad hoc basis to cover administration costs.
