At the front of our skip hire operation is a highly experienced team of customer care representatives who are all more than knowledgeable enough to handle 90% of skip hire enquiries. Where a more technical approach is required, the enquiry will be passed to our specialist team.

Although not directly involved in skip placement, Wastefile UK's technical team, comprising some of the most knowledgeable waste management professionals in the industry, are adding value and security to every placement by researching new and innovative methods of managing waste. Underpinned with a strong ethos of legal compliance, we are able to afford our clients peace of mind, knowing that this area of their business is in safe hands.
